Derlin provides one-stop processing and production for various components. The current processing scope includes automotive components, motorcycle parts, sled parts, oil and water pumps, gearboxes, and other related component production upon order. 1-Provide Drawings

Customers provide relevant product drawings for evaluation and subsequent process planning.

 

 


2- Mold Evaluation

Evaluate the production mold and subsequent processes (die casting, forging, extrusion, or others) based on the attributes of the relevant product.

 

 


3- Processing Workflow

Perform post-processing based on customer requirements (heat treatment, painting, electroplating).

 

 


4- Packaging and Shipping

Final product inspection and packaging are completed according to requirements before shipping.
